Prime Motion is growing—and we’re looking for a Producer to join our small (but mighty) team. If you love implementing systems that level up creative teams, building great client relationships, and working closely with talented designers and animators, this is the role for you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Producer to join our growing team and play a key role in how projects move from “great idea” to “final delivery.”

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and motivated by building strong relationships while guiding complex projects from start to finish.

As a producer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and act as a bridge between creative, technical, and operational teams. You will oversee projects from pitch to final delivery—ensuring that creative excellence, schedules, and budgets are aligned every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Be the primary client contact, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables throughout the project
Lead multiple projects at once, keeping scope, schedules, budgets, and resources on track
Source, onboard, and manage freelance talent as required for each project
Be the conduit between the client and the creative team, ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver their parts of the project
Optimize workflows, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and consistency across productions
Keep project files, assets, and timelines organized
Support sales with pitches, bids, and production‑related admin
Build strong relationships with clients and collaborators through clear, thoughtful communication

About You

5+ years of producer experience in video production, post‑production, and/or animation
Strong understanding of production and animation workflows
Experience creating, managing, and maintaining production budgets and schedules
Super organized with excellent time‑ and project‑management skills
Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple projects
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
A team player who can still work independently and remotely

Bonus Points If You Have

Are familiar with 2D and/or 3D animation pipelines
Have experience managing freelancers or small creative teams
Are comfortable working with budgeting and scheduling tools
